Chief Commercial Officer
Robert Goodman is an executive leader serving as Chief Commercial Officer at ActiGraph, recently at BioTelemetry, a mobile and wireless medical technology company acquired by Royal Philips Healthcare. Robert is a veteran leader who has led international teams and has experience in both the buying and selling sides of corporate mergers accelerating and diversifying corporate growth.
Over the past thirteen years, Robert has held numerous positions of increased responsibility. He has been most recently charged with P&L and leadership for multiple businesses within BioTelemetry’s holding group, including their profitable Population Health and International Product and Services sales businesses.
Prior to this recent promotion, Robert led the commercial efforts of Cardiocore which was acquired by BioTelemetry and renamed BioTel Research, the company’s clinical trials services division. This business had rapid organic growth as well as multiple acquisitions.
During the BioTelemetry chapters of Robert’s career, he leveraged a great deal of his experience and expertise toward successfully creating and growing strategic relationships and anchor accounts. These include the largest pharmaceutical, healthcare payers, PBMs, and U.S. and international distributor relationships.
Under his management, all businesses grew well beyond market and board of directors’ expectations, ultimately contributing to BioTelemetry’s $2.8 billion sale to Royal Philips Healthcare.
Robert’s past roles include sales leadership positions at ThermoFisher Scientific and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He also enjoyed a decorated career as a U.S. Army Officer and Airborne Paratrooper.
In his free time, Robert enjoys playing golf and tennis with his wife, Terry, and his daughters, Abigail and Kendall.
